You’re Invited!
Night to Shine, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation, is a prom experience celebrating people with special needs 14 years or older, hosted around the world on the Friday before Valentine’s Day. Here in Tuscaloosa, we can’t wait to roll out the red carpet and celebrate YOU like royalty.

Check-In: Begins at 6:00 PM
Crowning Moment: Each guest will be crowned King or Queen at 8:45 PM
What to Expect
Arrival & Check-In
Guests will be welcomed at our check-in tents.
Each guest will be paired with a trained volunteer “Buddy” who will stay with them throughout the evening.
Special Touches
Every guest will receive a corsage or boutonniere.
Optional pampering stations are available, including hair, makeup, and shoeshine.
Royal Arrival
Guests and their buddies will enjoy a limousine ride (accessible rides will also be available)
Upon arrival, guests will enter on the red carpet while cheering crowds, paparazzi, and music celebrate them like the stars they are.
Sensory-friendly entrances without noise or flashing lights are available if desired.
The Celebration
Once inside, guests can choose how they’d like to enjoy the night:
Dance in the main prom space
Enjoy a catered buffet dinner
Sing in the karaoke room
Play in the game room
Relax in the sensory room
The Crowning Ceremony
Every guest will be crowned as King or Queen of the prom — a reminder of the way God sees them each and every day.
The Respite Room – A Night Off for Parents & Caregivers
While guests are enjoying the prom, parents and caregivers are invited to relax in our Respite Room.

This space is designed to give caregivers a night of rest and honor while their loved one is celebrated.

We offer a sensory room inside the venue and sensory-friendly entrances for guests who prefer less noise or lights.
