Next in Our Bible Reading Plan: 2 Peter
As we continue reading through the New Testament, our next book is 2 Peter—a heartfelt and urgent letter written shortly before Peter’s death. Having heard of false teaching spreading among the churches, Peter writes to warn believers and encourage them to stand firm in the truth of God’s Word.

This letter reminds us to grow in spiritual maturity by building our lives on the firm foundation of Scripture and cultivating Christlike character. Peter urges us to be diligent in confirming our calling and to remain steadfast, knowing that God’s promises are sure and His return is certain.
