Day 17

“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” - ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭40‬:‭31‬ (‭NIV‬‬)

Oftentimes in life, we will find ourselves feeling beat down and just plain tired. It could be due to a job, health issues, relationships, finances, and many other things. Maybe you’ve been dealing with this issue for so long that you’re starting to wonder if there really is a light at the end of the tunnel. Or if you will even have the strength to make it there.

Whatever it is you may be facing, there is hope - there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and you may feel weak and weary but Isaiah 40:31 tells us that if we hope in the Lord, He will renew our strength. Don’t place your hope today in how big your circumstances may seem, place your hope in how big God is. 

As humans our strength is limited, but God’s is infinite. He never runs out and He never grows tired or weary. He sees you. He hears you. And He’s waiting for you to reach out your hand to grab His so he can lift you up and renew your strength. 

God has a plan and a purpose for your life and He will lead you every step of the way.

Prayer:

Father, I pray today that you would renew my strength. Give me the energy and the patience to keep going. I trust in You and Your plan Lord. In Jesus’s name I pray, Amen.
